Personality: Mu is the type of person who often has a kind expression on his face. And he is also a kind person, who likes to make people happy, even if he doesn't know them. For example, if there is someone who look up to him, he would like to show that he doesn't care that they're subordinates to him. In fact, he cares a lot about his subordinates in the Fanalis Corps, whom he gathered to both help the fanalis who were treated badly, as well as to protect the empire and the people therein that his benefactor and adoptive family Lady Scheherazade loves and wishes to protect, and whom he is unquestioningly loyal to.

He is cheerful and caring towards his important people. He's pretty laid-back, and rarely gets mad. His carefree nature is shown when he, while trying to break up a fight between his little sister and one of his friends, who both happen to be his subordinates, he is lifted into the air and flung right into a wall. He simply laughs it off, and comments on how strong the man who threw him was, compared to himself. He is not overly easily embarrassed, but he still has easy to blush and feel awkward, or when he is being praised by people he admire, like Lady Scheherazade. Praise is something that both make him embarrassed and happy, like when Lady Scheherazade tells him that he looks best when he smiles, after one of his bouts of seriousness. He is a man who talks a lot, and even more so when long silences stretches out awkwardly. He can't handle awkward situations at all, or overall, not long periods of silence. His tendencies to talk random nonsense isn't anything that makes him unintelligent, however. While he might seem like nothing but muscles and no brain, he is quite smart and perceptive. He can also choose to be polite if he wishes to, even if it's to people who are respectful towards him or his fellow fanalis and he would like his fellow Corps members to try to be it if they can. He's not the type to hold a grudge, but he will protect his family and friends if it's needed – even though most of them can manage on their own perfectly fine.

He often goes to the gladiator coliseum, so that the already popular arena will gain even more popularity. He is Reim's strongest swordsman and he knows it. He's not hesitant to mention it and make use of the fact. He thinks that both the swordsmen and the visitors will become happy to see that he's there to watch the matches. It is during this time that he takes interest in Alibaba, who has come to practice his swordsmanship in Reim, and he thinks that the boy shows promise and that he has a lot of vitality, which he finds good in a swordsman. He is charismatic, and has an ease with leading people, and because he is as friendly as he is, he is well-liked among his subordinates.

His cheerful attitude can change at times, however. When he senses danger, or when he believes that something is threatening the safety of the Reim Empire and his Lady, he can suddenly turn into a very serious man. One instance is when he feels that the magician's country Magnostadt was targeting Lady Scheherazade, and invading the Reim Empire's territory. He told her that he wished to become her sword, to protect the people of the Reim Empire. He has a determination that is harder than steel, and won't bend his opinions to anyone that compromises the safety of his home.

He thinks that the existence of the fanalis and Titus, who is Lady Scheherazade's clone, are unnatural, and that they are not humans. They're more monsters than anything else, created for a purpose, and as all fanalis, he thirsts for battle, and he feel alive in the heat of it. In battle, he is ruthless, and his cheerful personality has made as good as a 180 flip. He shows no remorse to the enemies of the Reim Empire and his Lady Scheherazade, and crushes them without a second thought. He likes his fights to be a challenge, though, because it's interesting if his opponents actually manage to put up resistance, even if he would never allow himself to lose.

Rockstar Persona: Mu is the type of person you would imagine coming from a big family with many younger siblings and a warm atmosphere. It's not a mistaken assumption, for the most part. He is the oldest child in a family from Europa who moved to Americana for a new start in life. It's a humble family and doesn't have much to its name, with his mother being a music teacher at a local school and his dad being a small-time politician. He learned music from his mother, and since he loved it  he delved into it whole-heartedly when he got the chance. He might enjoy dancing more than he does music since it's physical activity, but that doesn't make him any less dedicated to music. Since he enjoys physical activity, he participated in school sports, and was a member of his school's basketball team. He got a scholarship for the sport and played it in high school while living away from home. He recieved an invitation to several basketball teams but turned them down to join the Police academy and study law enforcement.

During his days in high school, he also got roped into a rock band by some of the other kids on campus, once they heard of his interest in music, and he became the co-vocalist and bass player. They stopped playing together after they went off to different collages, but he joined a jazz band in the Academy, and caught the attention of a recruiter when they played at a fair.

He doesn't really have any interest in anti-establishment since he wanted to become a police officer. He doesn't mind talking about his background, but he avoids talking about laws and politics if he can avoid it, since he doesn't want to cause any needless disputes. His warm attitude has made him build a loyal fanbase. He knows that his family used to be everything to him but his feelings has been transferred to his band mates and his fans now.
